At this moment Europe has national and other commerical flight companies. Flying is a huge source of pollution, CO2 and many others. Right now companies are flying with only partially filled flights. I propose to force all companies to fill up their planes to full. Meaning that any passengers that are set to fly around the same time to the same destination, will get on the first flight and fill up the plane. The next lot...on the company that did not fly. First company will get a fixed cost payment for each passenger and the second the rest of the fee.
